Customers pick the freshly-caught fish they want for dinner from the counter and have it transformed by chefs Gabriele and Daniele into gourmet dishes. Among the house specialties are the “grand plateau” of raw fish, oysters and Iranian Beluga caviar. And you can even buy the fish, take it home and prepare it yourself.
