Love of chocolate and a love of London
The first Chocolate Ecstasy Tour was back in 2005. Lifelong chocolate obsessive Jennifer Earle had discovered beautiful chocolate boutiques hidden away from London's busier streets and she wanted to spread the word.
What more joyous way to spend time than to walk between these places, tasting at each one and taking in the sights in between? All the while chatting with fellow chocolate lovers. Fifteen years of guiding tours has given them confidence that people who love chocolate enough to go on a chocolate walking tour are really the kindest and most interesting people.
Their groups are small and their relationships with the shop owners are special. They share stories as you walk and want to hear yours as well. They promise that every guest will feel completely full of chocolate / ice cream / sweet treats by the end of their time with them.
Since their public tours have mostly been on pause since mid-March 2020 they have been running online Mystery Chocolate Tastings. These are available to private groups with lots of chocolate information and each month they hold one that is open to any individual or group to join. The chocolates are new every month and from a selection of great British chocolatiers or chocolate makers.
