Chef's Counter offers an intimate fireside dining experience available at both of our exclusive restaurant locations. This unique asado experience, crafted for up to 12 guests, provides an up-close view of our chef's culinary artistry in a private, immersive setting.

Our Asado Tasting Menu consists of 9 courses of dishes that elevate the Asado experience to new heights, bringing you closer to the essence of cooking with fire. The menu is entirely prepared on our state-of-the-art custom grill in front of guests, bringing you on an intimate, communal culinary journey.
Our optional wine pairings are inspired by and in line with the flavors of our kitchen. While we do not offer an a la carte wine selection, our specially selected Argentine pairings aim to enhance and complement the courses prepared by the chef. This is an adult-exclusive experience.
