Nanka, opened its doors in December 2011, as part of the initiative of two great lovers of Peruvian cuisine: Lorena Valdivia and Jason Nanka. Their young and carefree style presented an innovative proposal closely linked to love of their country.
Nanka combine different gastronomic trends of the world with local organic inputs. Nanka is not just a restaurant, it is an awakening of sensations and experiences.
A large main hall with capacity for up to 150 people, welcomes guests to a rustic and at the same time elegant interior, with the use of recyclable, organic and ecological materials. This is how trunks of fallen trees serve as columns, all the tables are made with shrinking wood and decorating these with interesting glasses made from recycled wine bottles are some of details that guests will discover.
If you want to hold a special celebration or a business meeting and prefer a reserved area, Nanka offers two private rooms with 2 LED TVs, for special presentations (if required), WI-FI, air conditioning and personalized service from their gastronomic advisers.
Enjoy and taste the wide variety of local and international beers in the Gastobar with the most delicious piqueos and tapas or any other dish. The Gastrobar is an open area to share, experience new flavors and have an excellent time.
The organic garden at Nanko is made with PVC tubes - displaying beautiful herbs and plants used to liven up the flavors of their dishes. Chives, mint, laurel, curly parsley, oregano, lavender, lemon verbena, cherry tomatoes, peppers, among other herbs are cultivated with organic fertilizer and preserved in nature, free of chemicals, always keeping in harmony with our environment.
