Hearty Cuisine
Inkazuela is a cozy restaurant attended personally by its owners, both in the kitchen and in the living room. Strategically located in the central Plazoleta Nazarenas, the restaurant occupies an old colonial house with spectacular views of monuments, churches and the White Christ.
The wood-burning fireplace inside makes the restaurant an ideal place for romantic evenings. Its two rooms are decorated with rustic style of cheerful colors.
Inkazuela's specialty is stews and soups served in casseroles - hence the origin of the name Inkazuela (En-Cazuela). All the delicious and convincing dishes are a delight of flavors and ideal for the Cusco climate. The clay pots were specially designed and made for Inkazuela by local artisans, who still maintain the beautiful tradition of ceramic art.
