At the heart of the Reverie Siam Resort is the Silhouette Bar & Restaurant offering a seductive blend of contemporary mediterranean cuisine featuring an extensive tapas selection with occasional Thai accents to reflect the location. Situated in the Pai valley and with panoramic views of the unspoiled jungle mountains the ambience is romantic and enchanting. Diners can choose to be seated in the restaurant overlooking the hotel gardens, the garden terrace or the library for a more casual feel.
In the library at Reverie Siam guests are entertained to nightly musical performances from a selection of the best locally based musicians with occasional special performances from nationally known bands. Music genres encompass jazz, classical, blues, folk, gypsy and ballads with artist's sets comprising a mixture of their own interpretations of popular cover versions with original compositions. A selection of novels, political satire and other assorted works of literature from the early 20th century decorate the shelves of the library, these may be enjoyed whilst sipping iced coffees or glasses of wine or borrowed and enjoyed in guests rooms.
