Chef Hernan Correa Riesen is HACCP certified and the winner of multiple culinary contests, including Panamá Gastronómica 2012, and participant in Casa Club’s TV Show, LA CHISPA de la Chef Carmen.
Riesen is one of the top restaurants in the city and located in one of the most historic residences of El Cangrejo, Calle D, house # 16. The restaurant provides a warm and welcoming service headed by Jeannette and Ligia, mother and grandmother of the Chef.
