Salut Maroc! Essaouira is a historic 18th Century Riad in the heart of the ancient Medina of Essaouira, a Unesco World Heritage Site in Southern Morocco. Salut Maroc! was a former Merchant's house and later a Consulate building and offers 11 funky bedrooms and suites which have been lovingly created by the owner. Witness a truly contemporary take on Moroccan design in a heritage setting, utilising all the traditionnal artisanal skills of the Moroccan craftsmen. The Terrace Restaurant at Salut Maroco! offers locally caught fish, and meats barbecued on wood, big bowls of salads and Moroccan specialities. A Moroccan breakfast is also served on the terrace.
