Table is a boutique ‘private kitchen’ restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. With resident marine biologist and inhouse depuration tank, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes and toxin during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of-ocean condition.
Pioneer in “ingredient based cuisine”, the culinary team decides on the preparation style that best suits the particular ingredient. Dishes employ French, Spanish, Mediterranean, Japanese, Korean flavors and techniques in preparation.
