Beds, brews and bikes
The Adventure Brew Hostel's newly renovated main building is dedicated to dorm beds, and just 100m down the road of the original building (the Adventure Brew Bed and Breakfast) is focused on private rooms. These two buildings were created to give you, the adventure traveler, a friendly and fun base from which to plan your explorations of Bolivia, take a break from your travels, meet other travelers, or just recharge your batteries before heading out for further adventures.
In The Adventure Brew Hostel itself they have a wide range of dorm rooms of all sizes with great communal bathrooms with lots of hot gas-powered showers. All the dorms have one large backpack-sized secure locker for every bed (bring your own padlock). There are also small security lockers in the office in both buildings under 24-hour camera surveillance.
After having a good night's sleep have a look at the special breakfast menu, full of yummy treats at reasonable prices. The sunny rooftop terrace has stunning views over the city, while the glassed-in courtyard offers a great hang-out area should the weather be less than perfect. Just next to the courtyard is the ground-floor bar, the 'Venture Underground Bar,' which has a pool table and TV with DVD player (which is free to use), pumping tunes, fun bar staff, our famous Saya Beer microbrew beer on tap, and much more! In the B&B building just down the road the rooftop 'Sky Bar' also serves a wide variety of drinks, has cable and Internet TV for live sports events, and has great views of the city. Also, dinner is served every night at 7:30.
All this and much more is provided by their friendly, helpful international and local staff, most of whom speak English. They are happy to help you with free travel info and insider tips. Plus, Kanoo Tours, a full-service English-speaking travel agency, is located right inside the hostel. They are the official agency for Gravity Assisted Mountain Biking tours down The World's Most Dangerous Road as well as much much more.
