Cue the salsa drums, put on a bathing suit and get ready to enjoy the sun by the pool…welcome to Viajero Cali! located in a colonial house in the historic neighborhood of San Antonio.
Stay in a private bedroom or a shared dorm (some are female only) and meet people from all over the world. Enjoy the free daily activities, these include salsa lessons, yoga sessions, circus shows, salsa shows, and circus lessons. It is a hostel and a salsa school, and they are constantly looking for ways to give back to the community; because of this, in Cali, they work with two foundations. Through booking private lessons, you are not only learning how to dance but also contributing to help vulnerable children through the arts.
During the day, explore the streets of San Antonio and go for a local food tasting at the fruit market. If you prefer, spend all day tanning and enjoy a cocktail by the pool. At night, the salsa drums begin, learn some moves at the hostel and go show them off at the clubs in Cali! After all, Cali is known as ‘The salsa capital of the world’.
