Modern artistic Guest House
Évora Inn is a modern guest house located next to Évora's main square, Praça do Girald. The town Évora was classified a world heritage city by UNESCO. It was in this exact place, an historical five-story building restored in 2010, where the Portuguese Republic was proclaimed in 1910.
Évora Inn offers 10 rooms (single, double and suite), all with private bathroom, air conditioning, television and internet. The rooms feature artistic décor which includes designer furniture and fittings. There is a lounge room on the second floor where guests can relax with a book or drink.
Breakfast is also served in the lounge room. They provide a full breakfast, which includes fruit, muesli, jams, Alentejo’s delicious regional bread, yoghurt, etc.
Évora Inn is right in the middle of the historical town, in front of the central square. In this area, all buildings were build several centuries ago, and therefore, do not feature elevators. They have the charm and charisma of bygone eras, most suitable for those looking for comfort, peace and quiet, surrounded by rich historical heritage. To preserve the soul of this medieval old-age town, parking and cars within it are limited, making it the ideal refuge from the hectic pace and noise of larger cities.
Évora Inn is 100 m from Cathedral of Évora, one of city’s oldest monuments. The guest accommodation is also near the Church of S. Francisco and the 16th-century University. Guests can also visit Praça do Giraldo, the real soul of the city.
