This old building of the late nineteenth century remodeled with materials from the region, imposes a decorative proposal with handmade furniture brought from the island of Bali, thus creating an original and daring atmosphere.
Knowing of the respect for tradition, the recovery of this old family home began. The idea was to maintain the original structure of the house of 446 m2 of construction, the central patio, the plot, as well as the facades and the "shell", but due to previous reforms, the space was used to draw a visual and physical axis that goes from the entrance and the lobby, crosses the central patio and culminates in the solar, a small garden designed with tropical vegetation by the landscaper Ángela de Francisco.
Although the view of their dining room and the bar overlooks this almost jungle area, the most attractive point of their house is its central patio and not because it has striking elements. In fact, the most suggestive of the patio is the minimalism of the decoration and the contrast with the interior architecture. It expresses the warmth of the surroundings granted by the clarity of the walls on land, the columns finished with vines collected in the Suarez River and the veneer stone from the floor brought from Bali.
This is a limpid stage, with three clear wooden sofas upholstered in a black that seems to match the dark water mirror that suggests an appropriate atmosphere to meditate or relax.
