Eco-chic Beach Hotel
Delek Tulum is a project born out of love and they invite guests to live this experience, to be a part of it and not just a spectator. Aware of the challenges that face Tulum and the difficulty of creating true sustainability, Delek Tulum took care of all the details - from the materials used for the construction to the ingredients of the food they prepare.
Delek Tulum features 22 beach cabañas built on stilts to help maintain stability in the dunes area. Each one is decorated with handcrafted local wood furniture, natural textures, handpicked artisan crafts as decor elements and organic linens. Every detail highlights the power of indigenous craftsmanship from all over Mexico. Cabañas vary in size, view and amenities to cover different needs of the modern and conscious traveller.
The restaurant Tatewari at Delek Tulum serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They care about the ingredients of the food they prepare. With this in mind, Tatewari tries to offer a more sustainable menu based on local, organic and seasonal ingredients, when possible, mainly sourced from the Yucatan Peninsula.
