At Flatey there is an open house and therefore no table reservations, except for large groups. You can order a take away but they recommend eating in the restaurant. The raw ingredients are all fresh and the pizza bakes at a temperature of 500 degrees in one minute. The sooner the pizza is eaten, the better.
Only fresh mozzarella and a quick cooking time are used, but the cheese is fresh and milky. Flatey places great emphasis on high quality raw ingredients, sought from around the world. The result is tasty, wholesome and natural pizza. Flatey uses tomatoes directly from the farmers. They are shaped like plums, especially juicy and savory. Therefore, nothing needs to be added except for some salt.
