Mediterranean Country Hotel
The Hotel Gallo Nero in Sant'Andrea was created with care to preserve the special balance between the Mediterranean landscape of the island of Elba and its sea. At a time when the people of Elba were farmers and fishermen, they were also preparing to become hoteliers.
Although the rooms and equipment have been continuously renovated, the Hotel Gallo Nero continues to develop in the spirit of family tradition and continues to strive for a harmonious balance between the mission of providing the best service and preserving an intact natural environment.
The main structure of the hotel, which emerged from a country house in the middle of the cultivated fields, dominates the large Mediterranean garden with a panoramic view of the famous blue bay of Sant’Andrea. On the old terraces of the country garden, which slope almost to the sea, there are chalets surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, Mediterranean bushes, fruit trees and roses.
In the characteristic dinning room and on the terraces, dishes inspired by traditional dishes are served. However, around the main complex there are also the services necessary for today’s well-being, such as a whirlpool, spa area, sauna and massage room
