NamKhan EcoLodge provides the opportunity to discover the beauty of Laos and experience traditional culture whilst protecting the planet with sustainable tourism. Reconnect and feel the nature around you, awaken your senses and recharge your personal battery. They owe their name to the Nam Khan River which surrounds them on 3 sides, located just 7km from the Unesco World Heritage city of Luang Prabang in northern Laos.
Choose from a variety of room options including the luxurious suites or the NamKhan tents overlooking the beautiful and soothing river that transforms the property into a green paradise. When designing the property, their vision was to blend a luxurious living experience with the natural environment as much as possible, allowing guests to reconnect with nature, relax and re-energise without sacrificing comfort.
With a wide range of activities on site that are suitable for all the family, they guarantee you’ll be entertained during your stay and won’t want to leave this green paradise.
The Farm Table is certainly a restaurant with a view, in one direction you’ll see the Nam Khan River and in the other is their organic farm. The menu is a mix of traditional Lao such as papaya salad, laap and or lham and western dishes of tomato bruschetta, carbonara and their infamous buddha bowl to name a few.
As NamKhan’s original project in 2016, their organic farm is now well established and producing fruit, vegetables and herbs all year round. Tours of the organic farm are available throughout the day with their tour guide.
