Suites with sublime Caldera views
In a prime position for Santorini’s sunset, Remezzo offers the rare luxury of Caldera views without the crowds. The cliffside setting is almost too beautiful to be true: whitewashed houses and domed churches honeycombed between blue sea and cobalt skies. Santorini’s volcanic islands smoulder on the horizon, a vista that never fails to amaze and surprise.
One of the very first hotels in Imerovigli, Remezzo has a history of hospitality that has always been very personal. In 1982, they stumbled upon Santorini and fell madly, deeply in love. They bought two abandoned wineries and slowly, thoughtfully transformed them into an intimate, family-run hotel. For over forty years, they have welcomed guests into a hotel designed to feel like home.
Their sun-kissed studios and suites come in various sizes and guises. The traditional architecture is distinctive to Santorini - vaulted ceilings, curved contours, and smooth, pressed plaster walls. Naturally airy and cool, these peaceful cocoons are a canvas for contemporary interiors that complement the landscape. While every room is different, all share an awe-inspiring location on the edge of Santorini’s caldera - one of the world’s most entrancing views.
