With the retirement of Denis and Teresa, 2022 marks an exciting new era for The Half Door. Newly taken over by their son, Conor and his partner Eileen, they will preserve the excellence, ethos and values that have made this superb restaurant what it is, while bringing their own distinctive flair and interpretation of contemporary Irish gastronomy.
