The White Horse Residence is located in the village of Batokunku – a small village by the Atlantic cost, about a fifteen minute drive south of the touristic center with many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities.
The White Horse Residence offers seven exclusive king size bedrooms and one family suite with two bedrooms, all with private decks, ocean views, satellite TV (main house), a large private pool with a well stocked bar, ocean views, a beach and restaurant. The endless, fine white sand beach is about 150 meters (600 feet) by foot. The beautiful Atlantic ocean is generally warm and calm.
The main house sits under an impressive grass roof structure which covers the lobby, restaurant, the outdoor dinning area and business office (with free 4G wifi connection). The large ocean view terrace around the long saltwater pool offers ample room for sunbathing and relaxing. The Red Pool Bar is stocked to prepare drinks to everyones liking. A separate BBQ Pavilion offers room for private get togethers.
The residence was built in 2004 by German Engineer Peter Weissferdt and his wife on a 5 acre lot in a village located directly at the Atlantic Ocean as their “winter quarters”. In 2013 the residence was rebuilt into a guest house with 8 exclusive rooms situated in the tropical gardens.
The White Horse Residence offers many amenities from it’s 12 meter salt water pool, the well stocked Red Pool Bar, a restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, bicycles, a super sunfish sailboat (similar to a laser), a canoe for paddle tours, 4×4 vehicles for bird watching tours and airport and city transport.
The restaurant’s menu is based on light delicious meals often featuring fresh fish and vegetables and local specialties. The kitchen serves light snacks throughout the day. Dinner is served between 6pm and 10pm for up to 22 guest.The cook and his staff prepare a wonderful selection of fresh local dishes – a mix of both European and local specialties that change daily – for “local” prices. The Red Pool Bar is open all day!

The Whitehorse Residence offers these activities:
